It's a Plaza. It's square. It has shops and cafes. Government buildings on one side, statue of Maria Pita on the other.

Visited La Coruna on our cruise and this building and in fact the whole square it is in is superb. Got so many pictures around this area

Great place to see the bustling activity of this neat Galician city My kids who were 8 & 12 at the time ran around like crazy when they arrived at the plaza while my wife and I had a cup of coffee Great Spanish Plaza

Passed through on our way to dinner. Is worth the view with interesting balconies around. During festival season they perform here. Some bars and restaurants line the sides.
