There isn't much to see or do here; it is just the ruins of an old castle to walk around and then once at the top you get good views of the main town and across the sea. Price is included in the nature reserve...More

Considering its age you have to take this in. Travel up the steps and get on the roof for a unique look around Gib.

A small tower that has survived 10 sieges. It's been rebuilt over the years and is a symbol of Gibraltar. You can get tickets for the Upper Rock, including the castle, just outside its gate.

Like others have said the views are great which I agree with. However, compared to the Seige Tunnels not a lot of history is given about The Moorish Castle complex especially when inside. Spent about 15 minutes here.

Was included in the The Great Siege Tunnels ticket. Probably would not have gone otherwise. Not much to the castle. The view are very nice.

Oldest building on the Rock. Really interesting visit. Get a bus up there and walk back down the steps to the town.

Lovely 30mins spent here enjoying the views. Not good for people afraid of heights as stairs very steep in tower, however great views from canon. Lovely way to finish off a trip to the rock.

You can see whyv this castle was built here, the position commands views for miles inland, out to sea and across to the North African coast.

This castle is not very big but has been around since the 1300's so it has some interesting history about it. A nice site for a quick visit, but I don't think you would really spend a lot of time here. The entry from the...More
