Though this walk is not fit for the out of shape, the Mediterranean Steps promise wondrous views to reward hikers who complete the climb.

Whilst the views from the steps are undoubtedly fantastic, the steps themselves are very difficult to negotiate. Many are uneven and have many loose stones on them. Definitely are not for the faint hearted or infirm visitor to Gibraltar.

I loved this walk it was tough going but did it within 50 mins. Take water and no looking down. Go to Jews walk and pay for the £10 to get entry to most places. I would not recommend the rock tour. You do not...More

and some decent walking shoes. amazing views to Morocco. dont take any food as you could be alone in a secluded spot with loads of baboons around you

these steps will keep you in shape especially if you do it 3 times a week :-) . Its not always sunny and it can be windy :-)

Must do if you're in Gibraltar! Well worth the hike! Make sure you take water with you as there are no shops nearby.

The walk to the Steps begin at Jews Gate which is near the end of Engineer Road. There is a charge for access to the upper rock reserve, but it will be well worth it if the weather is fine. Take plenty of water and use some... More

you can buy one they have signs and have maps for sale put Euro or pound in and it gives you a map :)
