We spent a pleasant morning walking in the park stopping only for coffee, churros and chocolate. It made a nice break from sight seeing. The park has varied areas within it so there was plenty to keep us occupied.

A good place to have an early walk/run in the morning. Seen many locals and tourist enjoying morning walks. Full of shaded trees and with ar areas that you can rest and enjoy a glass of wine or bottle of your fav beer. M&M

Stunning park for a walk, many things to see as you stroll through...then have a beer and settle down by the lake to people watch those in the rowing boats. A very nice way to relax after a day in Madrid.
