Expecting to go to Madrid in transit for 7 hours, wouldvlike to book a private tour with a driver / guide from this company, but before doing so would like to know if some of you have done this with this company and was it satisfying? Thanks for your replies

Same here, I can only recommend the Red Bus tour....they were great.
