This was our first opportunity to visit a church during our walk on the Camino, something we tried to do in each town we stayed. The cathedral is attractive, and unlike many we encountered later, it does not charge an admission. Also, we had the opportunity to attend worship there.

One of Pamplona's must visit spots. Not only is the place a wonder of medieval architecture but a really quiet place to meditate and pray,

Like all Spanish Churches and Cathedrals very striking and beautifully decorated. Sits in the middle of the old town. A must for any Pilgrim.

The lovely neoclassical facade totally belies the ornate gothic cathedral. The vaulting is quite dynamic, the stained glass is lovely, and the main altar is an explosion of silverwork. There is a tomb in the center, with the actual face of Charles III being represented (his wife is an idealized version). There are intriguing side altars. Do not miss the... More

Situated ten minutes from the mind boggling old Cathedral, and just as near the route of the traditional running of the bulls, it is a wonderful place to base yourself to explore the very quaint town of Pamplona. We went in October when the town is just its quiet self, with 250,000 inhabitants and smaller number of tourists than the... More

Plain Jane on the outside, gold mine inside - if you go out to the museum by the side door. A guide to take you through is a big plus.

This may not be as grand as some of the Cathedrals along the Camino, such as Burgos and Leon, but it is still worth visiting.

The catedral is really amazing, well maintaned, with no mould air,it is a pice of faith and past in the old part of the city,a quiet one.One the left side in the nearby there is a hostel for the pilgrims for Santiago de COMPOSTELA.

This is a great cathedral with great architecture, history, exhibition and even service. It happened I met a singing team that perfected the visit. It is worth a slow & deep visit here. I prayed, meditated, deep experienced & spend almost two hours here... 。
