The Navarra Archive is located by Pamplona's city walls and near the beautiful medieval Portal de Francia - the France Gate - (sometimes also referred to as the Portal de Zumalacárregui). The buiding was renovated by Spanish/Navarra architect Rafael Moneo.
Make sure to walk around the Archive to take in the beautiful city/suburban vistas of Pamplona as well as Monte San Cristobal.
If the Archive is open, right beyond the entrance is a terrific wooden model of Pamplona circa 1900. The model is very detailed and is about 20 by 25 feet.
Well worth visiting this part of Pamplona!
