This is a lovely area but when we were there we witnessed three of the scamming deaf and dumb clipboard gang squeezing money out of tourists. Chase them, they are NOT deaf and dumb, it's a scam and nothing else.

This is the place to go to see Spanish views. There are good cafés nearby and Spanish shops. From the top you can see levante and poniente beaches. This is a Panama that needs to be seen. Worth the trip.

Walk along sea front as far as you can towards the old town. Then keep left as you follow the narrow road up to st Jaime church.
