While in Valencia Spain, a visit to the LLadro' world-famous porcelain factory is a must. We took the 20minute trip by bus from Plaza Ajuntamiento to the district of Tavernes Blanques and the factory was not hard to find even though I expected it to be signposted on the main road. The visit itself took over 1 hour and we... More

You must contact the Lladro factory before you travel to Spain to ensure you are booked in for a tour. Ana showed us around and her language skills are excellent. Her enthusiasm for the porcelain is very infectious. The tour gives you the history behind the formation of the Lladro brand and then you are taken the each step of... More

As big Lladro collectors, my partner and I visited for his birthday last Monday. So inspiring to see how the porcelain is moulded and decorated by very talented people. Beautiful showroom plus an outlet where cheaper 'seconds' can be purchased. Loved it even though we spent too much money! Our pieces had to be shipped as they were too large... More

We visited Lladro factory by directly writing to them and it's free. They gave us a very well organized tour of their factory and how the ceramic is used in their manufacturing. It was eye opening as we never expected it involves such intricate work. It was time well spent and we gained lots of insights on their manufacturing process.

Lovely pieces. Beautiful showroom. This showroom I visited was not part of the factory itself. Pieces sold were in perfect condition and at the same prices as in town.

My husband and I visited the Lladro Museum just north of Valencia yesterday. We booked the tour online directly through the Lladro website for no charge. We booked in June. It was a wonderful tour, well organized and very informative. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Although they have a store, there is no pressure to purchase anything. What a... More

You can shop at seconds store at a discount. One more motivation for you to take the effort of reaching Llardo factory. What a pity that this is not on the 'must-do' list of many tourists to Valencia

Our visit to the Lladro Factory was booked through our nearby hotel. Our tour included several buses of tourists who had no trouble finding the factory. We drove around totally lost for 30 minutes, despite hotel directions. A few signs in the town would help to direct visitors. Once inside we joined our tour. Many visitors are not familiar with...
