Having visited other markets in Spain where there's a mixture of fresh food stalls and places to eat, we were intrigued to see this market which has been converted and just hosts restaurants. Not all of the restaurants were open when we visited for breakfast...More

It is a pretty building which I assume was a local market at one time buy is now just cafes and bars. There is a very small foothall downstairs and a few temporary stalls upstairs but it would take barely 5 minutes to walk round.

This place is tucked away off the Carrer Colon and houses a variety of casual eateries. Very pleasant ambience and a nice way to spend some time on Good Fridauy

After our amazing experience in Madrid and not so much in Central Market, we landed in this place which turned out to be better. May not have much variety but it was less crowded and a place to sit and enjoy the food and drinks.
