Well worth a walk along the walkways ...one can stop and sit to enjoy the "people watch"....stroll for some considerable distance....stop to "smell the flowers"...well done to Valencia for converting a river bed to a wonderful scenic experience.

This is an enormous park, built upon the old river bed. You come across gorgeous buildings both modern and ancient, all the old bridges, nature galore, as well as numerous opportunities for sports activities. Wonderful.

The Metro is easy to use, if you're going outside of the city centre. In the city centre/old city you can walk from one side to the other in about 30 minutes. Taxi is aslo easy to use.
