We loved this hike, hired a guide. Lucy (you can find her in trip advisor) did a great job finding us quiet places to take pictures and discuss the area. I would recommend getting on the trail as early as you can. There are some...More
This one is hard to describe...breathtaking is not adequate. God went all out with this one. We hiked from Agerola to Positano. There were 10 of us and we ranged in age from 23 to 53. It was not a difficult hike. The most strenuous...More
Gabriella made this tour more than expected! She arranged to have our party of 7 picked up in Sorrento and taken to the starting point for the Path of the Gods tour in Bomerano. Although it was supposed to be “downhill” to Nocelle from here,...More
Stunning hike along the top of he Amalfi Coast line. You do need to work out which way to do the trek - seems most people make their way to Bomerano to Nocelle and then walk down to Positano (1500 steep steps). We did it...More
This hike was the highlight of our trip to the Amalfi Coast. We hired a driver to pick us up at the Naples train station and take us on the hike and then take us to our hotel in Sorrento. (If you are looking for...More

This hike is breathtaking! It is hard to find information about the hike, so we talked to some locals. The best thing to do (if you don't want to hike from bottom to top) is take the bus to Bomerano and hike down. It took...More
5 of us hired a transfer from Positano to the beginning of the trail in Bomerano. We got an early start ,as it was a very hot day for the first of June. Make sure you take plenty of water and snacks, athough we saw...More

Due the fact the pathway is projected in the way to enjoy greatly the landscape around, the only way or better the adviced way to walk is from Bomerano (Agerola) to Nocelle (Positano). You could park even at the end of the trail but your experience won't be the same, even 'cause you have to climb a lots of stairs....and trust me, is much more better to use them on the opposite way. Instead no way in the intermediate track is previsted to park. So you can park easily at the beginning of the trail, in the parking area close the square in Bomerano near to the start point of the path and walk for the time you prefer. Is real banal to tell you that the most awesome part is around on the middle till the end...Enjoy what you can get mate!!!

Hi, I'm guessing you mean rock climbing... no, in general it's not a dangerous walk. There are some sections that a rocky where you'll have to go slow and watch your footing but you won't need your hands, that is, no climbing is involved. We did this walk with our 11&13 yr old, and they had no trouble... there were older people also walking and they had to go slow in some sections but it really isn't a problem. I'd suggest that the walk is not suitable for really young children, no prams, or if you suffer from ankle, knee or back issues. Wear good shoes...
