The so-called 'Piazzetta' in Capri is full of life at any time of day and night, it's the place where locals go for breakfast on Sunday morning and to the nearby church Santo Stefano. On one side there is a great view of the see...More

My favourite place to people watch with an Aperol Spritz aperitif before deciding where to go for dinner.

This is a lovely piazza when the crowds are gone. We stayed three nights at Capri Town Apartments, just steps from the piazza. During the day, it was quite crowded even in early April. There were a lot of Italian student groups and tourists filling...More

This Piazza is next to the funicular exit as you come from the marina and is very close to the bus and taxi stops so all pedestrian traffic naturally flows through here , early April and it was very busy at most times of day...More

Small piazza with a nice view of the port. Pretty anti-climatic after the 20 minute hike up hill. A few restaurants and coffee bars.

It would be lovely to sit here on a day when all tourist boats were cancelled ... Now you have all the world passing by just up to your table.

Bustling with tourists every single day, it's the starting point for a visit on Capri. Get your cup of coffee to stay fresh all day long. My visit was a full afternoon, and I wished it could have been longer!

Same as previous answer, its a busy tourist spot, so can't see the shops and tours being closed. Its their main income.
