What a stunning palace. From the huge marble staircase to the spacious state rooms, it is an impressive venue. There is plenty of artwork, especially on the ceilings. €6 entry fee was well worth it.

We went here on our last day in Naples and later in the afternoon, so there were only a few rooms open. As a result, the entrance fee was only €3 each. Under 18's are free. The staircase was the best feature along with the...More

When we arrived the first day it was the late afternoon time and they told us we could go in for 3 euro but they are starting to close the rooms. Paid the 6 euro entrance fee in the morning of the next day. Don't...More

The palace is a great way to spend an hour or so in Naples; absolutely stunning inside and cheap to boot (only 4 or 5 euro pp, + 3 or 4 for an audio guide). The palace is currently under renovation so we weren't able...More

It was really hot in Naples so we thought we'ed get out of the sun for a while. Spent ages finding the ticket office, paid the entrance fee. Don't expect a map or a guide book. No audio guides available, couldn't download the guide app....More

I am fairly conversant with the history of the Hapsburgs, Borbones, and Savoys, and certainly knew of their royal presence in Napoli... but somehow I never „got the memo“ about this Palace! It was a lovely surprise and fun to explore-very typical of its era...More

It would be hard to surpass the Palazzo Reale entry hall in any palace or public building anywhere in the world; grandeur, elegance and function all rolled into one. And where does it lead? How many chambers does a queen really need? What Royal family...More

This palace is said to be beautiful so we went for a visit. Although we have a very recent travel guide, opening hours seem to have changed since then. This place is now closed on Wednesdays!

Stunning palace that takes your breath away in places. Tours are available but you can purchase audio devices or just do as I did and read all of the signage which tells you everything you need to know. Definitely worth a visit!

I believe that senior discounts to residents of Europe, however the entrance fee is very reasonable, depending on your time their are 2 prices, a tour of the gardens or palace only or a combination of both,

It seems to be closed only on "Wednesday; Christmas, New Year, May 1, August or special opening" (Sorry, but Tripadvisor doesn't let me show website link. You can check it yourself) So, 4/25 should be open.
