Worth seeing the interior. Paintings dating from the 14th century and church is full of history everywhere you go. Its a must for the art seeker

Towards the end of our 5 night stay I was determined to "check" some churches off my list. San Domenico Maggiore did NOT disappoint and we didn't have to fight crowds. Beautiful interior.
