I was there on a rainy day with lots of fog. It was nice to walk the castle but the views were next to nothing. It would probably be a lot better on a sunny day.

Hi it’s on the hill over looking the city and the bay of Naples ,so take the funicular railway up and walk round...at at the ticket office then enter the castle from the bottom...walk to the top there’s not a lot to see on... More

I'm not sure because it's a no working day in Italy, but I guess so. Opening hours from 8.30am to 7.30 pm but the ticket shop closes at 6.30.
