The worst hop on hop off I have ever experienced. Product not as advertised . At least 30 minute gap between buses which is frustrating and makes the busses overcrowded. The staff at the stop were rude and no help whatsoever . The person at...More

Paid for the Heidelberg castle tour and while the tour guide was very informative, I personally felt very rushed and felt slightly cheated that we could not spend more than 60 minutes. This was just not enough time to be able to absorb the wonderful...More

Don't get fooled by the price being cheaper. The Red Bus line has five times as many buses. The audio only works half the time. They don't know the meaning of service.

We were forced to book this lot as they were the only ones running on a Tuesday. Big mistake. We went to Pompeii but stopped at tourist traps twice, taking time out of what we should have been spending at Pompeii, and the "free" lunch...More

Utterly utterly horrendous service. With so many bus tours operating in the city, it's easy to go for the cheapest. We did this. Our hotel recommended them (because they get a cut for the tickets they sell I suspect) so we duly bought 4 tickets...More

Our experience with this company going to Orvieto and Assisi was terrible, it was not a tour, nothing more than an expensive bus ride.

Took a tour on the GLT on/off tour bus in Rome recently. After standing in a line for almost an hour waiting to get on a bus we were met with a rude employee on the bus who wanted us to know it wasn't her...More

We recently participated in a tour of the Colosseum through Green Line Tours. It was a complete disaster. It started with the bus leaving an hour late as they were waiting to fill it up with people. Once enroute some people found that their headsets...More

Decided to go on Open Top Hop on Hop Off Tour of Rome. Charged us Euros 23, were promised a bus every 10 minutes. We were told that we had to catch the bus at stop 5, but later found out from a street vendor...More

They not give you what they sell. The tour was in two languages, and we buy and espanish one. The guide was not prepared, she was not according to the circumstances. Great disaster. Do not get any tour with Company

Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only
way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The
Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas
in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s
famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to
its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub,
Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot

Good luck with that. They are not the best tour company and, I feel, not run efficiently. I was so unhappy with a tour that we complained to the owner of our hotel who uses the company for the tours that they offer. He was... More

hello Green Line Tours I have just booked the Classical Rome City Tour and now I've read reviews of your company. I can't see any good reviews? What the problem? I do hope that I can write a favourable report after our trip in May!! Any comments from you would be happily received! Winsome L. Newcastle Australia

Just don't do it. We had a horrible experience the other day. Pick any other company, just not this one. Amazes me they're still in business. DO NOT GO

I already took a tour so don't need to ask any questions. I have put and will continue to put bad reviews as the company did not provide the service or give me a refund the same day I booked and paid for 3 tours and as the first was a disaster we cancelled the other 2 the same day and were told no refund. I want a full refund AU$300 for the 2 tours paid and not provided by this company.

Why am I not surprised? Green Line tours ranks near the bottom of more than 2500 Rome attractions. If only we had known they were the operation our hotel had sent us to. Almost like getting my pocket picked!
