A downgrade: the Golden Era is gone

The location has been changed recently and with it unfortunately the club has lost its magic. It used to be a great place, very innovative, unique and authentic. Shows were... read more

We don't speak Italian but we really enjoyed this show, they sang in English. The theatre was retro and just lovely, there was a buffet but had already eaten so can't comment, people seem to be enjoying it. The show was great really well done. Drinks are expensive but we expected that.

Our first night was great--got to dress up retro, show was good and dancing even better. The owner asked us to come back and gave us a Twisterella card which we were told was good for free entry and two free drinks and I told them we'd come back the following night. We called and made reservations the next day,... More

This place is bizarre and very overpriced. The bar or whatever it is upstairs looks cute, but it cost for 2 people to get a table, buffet, free drink 50 euro. The food was terrible, the music was terrible, and after the first free drink, unless your drinking beer the cocktails are 10-12 euro a piece. The burlesque show starts... More

We went on a 50's revival evening, we paid 15 euros entrance fee, but well worth it. Your first drink was free, there was an excellent buffet, great DJ playing 50's swing and rock'n'roll. The ambiance was brilliant, it was a very friendly place with a really mixed crowd of people. You can dance the night away and then you... More

We came early and got in for 10 euros each. That incluided the entrance, food and a drink (wine or beer). There was a nice buffet and the drinks were really good. After we went to see the show and we were more than pleased. There was a live band, great singers and a fun show. We will surely come... More

The location has been changed recently and with it unfortunately the club has lost its magic. It used to be a great place, very innovative, unique and authentic. Shows were excellent, concerts were fun, the crowd little by little was being educated as to how to attend a burlesque show; the bar was amazing, cocktails were the best in Rome;... More

Every night there are different girls dancing burlesque so, if you are lucky, there will be a nice one the night you will be there. At the Christmas eve party, she was nothing special but fortunately the band was good and we enjoyed a drink in a vintage and happy ambience. Don't mind if you don't understand Italian, maybe it... I was enticed by their advertisement of a burlesque show. I thought it would be interesting to experience a burlesque show in Rome. I showed up with my husband at 10:30pm for the 11:00pm show advertised on their website. We paid our 10euro/person fee. Then as my husband was getting the drinks and getting more info. He found out that... More

Wow! We had a fun evening with sophisticated drinking, friendly Italians and lovely performers (and pretty lovely staff, too). Try the Albeeno gin drink or whatever the pro bartenders recommend from their knowledge and taste. Great food. Dancing after midnight with crazy dj. Great place.

Thank Joe H
