The location indicated when i booked on line was spot-on. Location was easy to find and near terminals. Friendly assistance from staff and a smooth and comforable bus ride. Aircon and wifi was available on the bus.

    Excellent, efficient service
This is a very efficient, cost-effective way to get to the centre of Rome from the airport and back. The bus stops are easy to find, the buses are comfortable and clean, and we had no problems with traffic, coming into Rome at 8.30pm on a Monday and puy at 12.20 on Friday afternoon. Buy in advance and tickets are €6 as opposed to €8 at the bus

Inexpensive transport to the airport; chaotic boarding
I made a reservation on the 5:30 a.m. bus from Termini Station to the Rome airport. I made the reservation the day before our flight and had no problems. I waited that late as I was trying to see if I could take a train to the airport instead, but the timing didn't work out. The advantage of the train would have been that you have assigned seats and relatively orderly boarding. The bus stop for this shuttle at Termini is about 300 meters back on the right side as you face the station. They have a sign. There are at least 2 other shuttle stops in the same general area. We arrived at about 5:10 a.m. There were already about 15 people waiting. The crowd continued to grow. At 5:20 a.m. the bus arrived and there was a general scrum of people trying to board. I was seriously wondering if we'd get on. Given the prevalence of pickpockets around Rome (especially where crowds press together), I'd remove any valuables from your pocket before you prepare to board. To be fair, there wasn't a lot that the driver and assistants could due to make boarding that much more orderly. A lot of the responsibility falls on the passengers. The staff did make it clear that they would need to check tickets and would give first preference to those who had made reservations online. So I think you can still buy a ticket even at this point, assuming there is any space left. On our bus, it appeared completely full. We did manage to board after storing our bags in the luggage space they made available on the exterior side of the bus. After that, it was great. The bus left on time at 5:30 a.m., proceeded through relatively light traffic (by Rome standards), and arrived at the airport in about 30 minutes. The estimated travel time had been up to 45 minutes. Disembarking was much more orderly. You are let out at the end of Terminal 3 and there is a walk of maybe 250 meters to the access doors. This got us to the airport and was pretty cheap too. However, if I were leaving a bit later, I would look into the airport train/shuttle just to avoid some of the stress.

    Simple, cheap and effective
This was our first experience arranging our holiday ourselves, normally do this through a tour operator. We wanted to visit Rome, and it was recommended online to use Terravision for the transfer to Termini Station. Booking was simple, the bus was on time, both directions, and was value for money. Would recommend.

Great help for the lost luggage
We’re thankful to the drivers and the ticket sellers of Terravision bus btw Bergamo-Milano. They helped us a lot to find one of our lost luggages. We had to go back to the airport to find the luggage and waited for an hour, but we finally got it back. Thank you once again 🙏🙏🙏

Better than the da Vinci Express
Much better than Leonardo da Vinci Express. Guaranteed a seat, ok AC, drives faster than the 79 km/h the train did going in. And less half the price!

Great choice because it comes to the main station but a lot cheaper than the train from/to Roma Termini. The bus was comfortable and with no hard traffic it was really fast. I don't recommend just in rush hours, it is better to take a regional train to/from Roma Tiburtita then (8 euro). So, the ticket I bought fast, online, just for 6 euro, cool :)

We pre booked our tickets and the pick up location details provided were excellent.
There was a queue when we arrived so we just joined at the end as did others.
Sadly, when the bus arrived it became a bit of a free for all.
Terravision couldn’t help the behaviours of those skipping the line up.
We printed our tickets so we were quick getting on the bus and far better than paying at the bus stop.
Left on time and we got into Ciampino in good time for our flight home.
Would recommend and would use again.

There was a long queue for the bus once we got to bus stop 14. We were 20mins early and we had booked online for 1pm and we were on the bus at that time. Many buses came within five minutes of each other. The young woman in charge did an excellent job with the organisation. Everybody got a seat and all luggage fitted in hold.
Bus driver was very safe and professional.
Highly recommend.

Never having been to Rome before I was looking for an easy way to get from Ciampino to the centre of Rome and this could not have been easier - or cheaper.
The tickets had clear instructions about where to go to get the bus when I got to the airport, and how to find the bus stop coming back. The buses were on time in both directions. Not only that but, when managed to leave my wallet on the bus as I got off at Rome's Termini station, the Terravision staff were incredibly helpful and phoned the driver who brought it back to me only a few minutes later. Thank you! Highly recommended.

At the Ciampino Airport desk It was written and they told me that the bus would have left in 5 minutes. I got on the bus. It smelled like smoke and the seats were gross and stained. I waited in there for 20 minutes before leaving. They clearly do not have a schedule and leave whenever they are able to sell all the tickets and fill the bus. Almost a scam

Good afternoon and thank you for your feedback. We work constantly on improving our services, but to this end we would need to know on which bus you have travelled. So we would really appreciate if you could send an email to customerservices@terravision.eu with the details of your trip (date of travel, route, time). Hoping to hear from you soon, we wish you a nice day ahead Kind regards, Terravision Team

Great and quick transfer in a comfortable vehicle! I came earlier to the airport, but I didn't have to wait for a booked time, I was able to take an earlier course. That was so helpful!
