ViniCultural Tours is a boutique company that was created to be a twist to the norm, to offer a higher standard of quality, without the pretentious attitude. Based in Rome where we run our 3 hour Wine Tour, Food Tour and the first (and only) Craft Beer Tour of the capital! We also customize full day winery tours around the Roman Hills, throughout Tuscany, Umbria and will soon be adding Veneto and Piemonte! Our semi-private small group tours are limited to a maximum of six people; Our Private tours pamper you beyond belief. Our prices always include all of your food, wine, beer and reservation fees. No hidden costs when you arrive! Not only do we ensure quality on all of our experiences, you get MORE for your money than with our competitors. Bottom line: we keep your best interests in mind. Not ours. Your personal native English speaking Master Sommelier (with a passion for Italy) along with a licensed NCC driver (when needed) will make sure your vacation will be unsurpassed and unforgettable.

We had a very nice time with Marloes! She is a fabulous tour leader. We were the only participants for the day therefore, Marloes gave us flexibility and she tried to made it a memorable trip for us as it was part of our Honeymoon. She gave us abundant information, not only about wine but also general tourist information! We'd... More

This was one of the Best things we did while we were in Rome. It was so convenient because we didn't have to worry about transportation. Our lovely guide and driver picked us up from our hotel and were even early waiting for us. On our way out of the city towards the countryside (which was such a beautiful side)... More

Did the Roman Hills tour and loved every minute of it! Ended up being a "private tour" with just my boyfriend and I, but was told they never book more than 6 people in a group. Marloes was wonderful, answered all questions and explained the wine making process. She was very personable and friendly. It was amazing to sit outside... More

I went to Rome to visit Marloes Fransen and I was really curious about Vinicultural Tours, so we booked a craft beer tour. I loved seeing Marlous, explaining us how beer is made. It is amazing to see someone speak so passionately about beer. I would recommand Vinicultural Tours. It is a nice way to see more of Rome, to... More

Marloes and a very nice driver ( I wish we had written down his name) picked us up at our hotel to drive us outside the city of Rome. We visited two local winemakers and enjoyed learning about the wines they create and enjoyed tasting the wines. Marloes was very knowledgeable about the wines and also did a wonderful job... More

Our wonderful travel agent, Becky at Beach Bum Vacations, booked this "tour" for us. I use quotations because as it was supposed to be a wine walk, this was one of the only restaurants open in that area, so it became a wine sit. Which ended up being perfect. Marloes was an amazing host. She taught us a lot about... More

Booked the craft beer tour for an evening in Rome and really, really enjoyed it. Let's be clear, it's not a pub crawl so if you see simply want to beer up, perhaps look elsewhere. But if you want to sample multiple beers (we counted 18) in warm and engaging company, then this might well be for you. Perhaps you... More

We have been on several tours before but this was quite special. These are very small family run wineries , one was husband and wife only. Groups are generally held to six people, but on short notice, John and his team put together a great day for just the two of us. Marloes, was our tour guide on a beautiful... More

Debbie, You were a pleasure to work with. Being very clear of your expectations, we were able to customize your trip to unfold as you dreamed it would be. It was a lot of hard work on our part but Marloes and I couldn't be more satisfied with the result. All guides and drivers said you were lovely guests and... More

AMAZING!!!!! We spent the day with our wine expert Marloes visiting 2 small wineries and lunch. First off, Marloes was a wonderful guide. She is very charming and knowledgeable and has a very obvious passion for what she does. She was a joy to be around for the day. The 2 wineries we visited were set in the Roman hills... More
