The Vatican Museums are among the most crowded in the world, sometimes having as many 20,000 visitors in a day. On this tour, see the Vatican, Sistine Chapel, and St. Peter’s Basilica (note: the Basilica is closed to the public on Wednesdays) in the relative peace of early morning, entering the museums well before they are open to the public—when you enter the Sistine Chapel, it is mostly empty. A small-group size means plenty of personal attention.

Frank was our tour guide. His years studying in the US left him very easy to understand and he told stories well, filled with facts and details. It was an entertaining tour. Sound equipment and communication worked well.
