DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. I waited an entire hour for them to pick me up and the driver was a no show. I am a 21 year old female traveler and landed at 12am and was left stranded at 1am. I called the company and the driver 4 times and no one answered. I booked on Expedia and the company denied my request for a refund. Avoid this company at all costs.

Consorzio driver (airport shuttle?) turned up 35 minutes late at the airport after repeated phone calls to the company to locate him as their booth at the airport was unmanned. Turned out we were sharing with another family which was a surprise to us but OK given the price. What was NOT OK was that the number of passengers was one over capacity so one person unable to wear a seatbelt, as was a second passenger because one of the belts that was fitted was broken. All the driver did was shrug his shoulders and say "no problem" when this was pointed out. Driving was erratic and downright scary at times including stopping halfway on a fast-moving dual carriageway to re-programme his sat nav. Needless to say we used a different company to get back to the airport. We would not recommend Consorzio to anybody at any price.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY, direct or through Expedia.
My flight was delayed by 50 minutes and walked out to no driver. When I called them they said they waited one hour and tried to call me and left after 1 hour of my scheduled flight arrival.
As a shuttle company I would expect they check the flight arrival times as a minimum and would understand that the reason they can not reach the client is because they are still on the plane.
Expedia could not help either which is even more disappointing considering I booked through them.

Landed in Rome to discover that they’d cancelled our booking without informing us… member of staff on the phone was incredibly rude. Expedia are trying to contact them regarding a refund, but they’re not returning calls/emails. AVOID!

We had a horrible experience with Consorzio airport shuttle. Our flight was delayed heading to Rome so we made arrangements for the shuttle time to change. When we landed, we waited at the stated door for the shuttle with our name and nothing. Looked all around for the shuttle and no one there waiting for us. Still fighting for a refund for the shuttle service. I would recommend a taxi as it is a flat rate and always there waiting.

We had a mixed experience with this company.
1. Our return transfer from our hotel in Rome to the airport was excellent! 5 STARS. The driver was on time, helped us with our luggage, communicated effectively, drove safely and dropped us off at the correct location etc.
2. Our initial transfer from Rome airport to our hotel was atrocious. NEGATIVE 5 STARS. The driver was standing very far out of the way when we exited the airport, I suspect he wanted to pretend we didn't show and just leave. He made us walk very far to the outskirts of the airport where he had parked... I did have moments of questioning whether he was actually who he said he was, but I think he was trying to avoid paying parking fees?... he was a grumpy and rude man, did not help with our luggage and I have no idea why someone like him is in the service industry.
Unfortunately our poor and unprofessional experience with this driver outweighed the positive experience we had with the other driver and as such I would not use this company again and I would not recommend it to anyone. I have been trying to contact wotif/expedia to tell them they need to offer more transfer options or at-least provide ratings of the company on offer.

I had to wait for an hour upon my arrival in Rome to be taken to the airport because this people wait to fill the van. But the worst was the day I was to be picked up at my hotel to return to the US and they left me stranded in the hotel. I had to call a taxi when I had already had paid for the shuttle service roundrip. Very bad service!!!

We booked the airport shuttle both ways, and to be honest the trip to the Hotel was fine and uneventful. We were fortunate enough to be the only passengers. However, on the way to the airport we were picked up and the driver then proceeded to pick up 3 other couples from various hotels. There was a couple seated in the front with the driver, and the man began to distract the driver by firstly talking to him, and then when he received a call on his mobile he became agitated and handed the phone to the driver, who took it whilst driving. Then, to my horror, the male passenger handed the driver a piece of paper which he then proceeded to read! He was driving at speed with a concrete barrier on his left, and he was reading from a piece of paper. I shouted at him to drive and not to read, and he stopped immediately. I have never felt such danger with a driver before in my life. I sent an email to complain once at the airport, but to date have received no reply. I will make sure never to use this company ever again. Furthermore they demand you confirm the return journey and the telephone number never work so you have to email or go through expedia. Not impressed.......

I booked my shuttle airport hotel transfers on line with Rome Airport Shuttle some months back with confirmation that the driver will be waiting for me with my arrival flight details i provided at the time .
My flight from Nice , France to Rome FCO airport was delayed by over 1 and half hours and I emailed Rome Airport shuttle and advised accordingly.
They replied back noting of the new amended arrival time.
Once landed and bags collected, i came out of the terminal and saw a gentleman holding a clip board with my name printed on it..
A bit of a walk to the car and we commenced the drive to my hotel located within the tourist precinct near the Trevi Fountain.
The driver was very animated and pointed out the sights along the way which was very pleasant and made the trip feel a lot quicker. His English was fair but he was easy to understand and always apologized if he got his words wrong. Replying back with a few words of Italian i felt was the least i could do.
I was collected and returned to the airport in a black Mercedes Benz “E” class sedan which was very clean.
I understand that you have the choice of sedans or van style transport.
The cost is E45.00 each way.
Highly recommended and would use them again when returning to Rome.

Be booked via Expedia, I was really impressed. I emailed them directly after having booked with our flight numbers and exact arrival/departure times (as there was only the option to book half hour intervals for arrivals/departures on the expedia website).
They emailed me back strightaway confirming they would ensure all the systems had the correct info and even send me a screen shot so I knew when they were picking us up to return us to the airport.
When we arrived we were greeted by a gentleman who arranged for our Driver to come and meet us and help us make our way to the Car (a Mercedes E-Class!!). On the day we left another gentleman came to our hotel to collect us and again was in a nice Mercedes car.
My husband was so impressed with how efficient this company was - definite value for money as I paid approx £75.00 for transfers to and from the hotel in central Rome - we heard stories of people being ripped off at the Airport paying €100 approx for a Taxi into Rome!!
