Insider tip

A real gem and not really touristic. You can just walk in and get a look. It is a stunning old library that left me speechless. Awesome!

A peek at era long gone, how well organised, what an atmosphere of study and the past. It must have been a privilege to study there and know you were part of such an elite.

It is impressive how well all the premises in Bologna are well kept. You can enjoy the student atmosphere of the town.

I always love libraries and this one is amazing. The architecture and details are absolutely amazing. Our guide provided us with a personal experience and the details of the history of the library and books gave me chills. (What can I say, I love books).

As one of the oldest if not the oldest University, I am lucky to be walking through its doors. Full of history and prestige.
