I’m one of those people that likes to research the hell out of every option...and trust me I did! There were so many options for cooking classes in Bologna and the region. There was something about this one that just clicked. The price was slightly...More

Thank you so much for the very nice review!!!
We enjoyed the time spent with you.
I can’t say enough good things about the combined cooking class/market visit we took with Barbara and Valeria! The market visit gave us a unique glimpse into the city of Bologna and the culture of Emilia-Romagna. In the cooking class, they made seemingly complex dishes...More
My wife and I went for a cooking class taught by Valeria and had a wonderful experience. She is a very talented teacher and cook, and treated us very kindly. The kitchen facilities are very professional. As English speakers, her fluency in our native language...More

I have never made pasta before and cook very infrequently, but how can you visit Italy and not try a pasta making class? I brought my 2 daughters (ages 9 and 12) and we all had a grand time rolling out dough with the giant...More
Very classic Italian dishes and ingredients, made pasta from scratch and ragu. Ladies teaching were very good and entertaining. Then you get to eat what you made along with very good red wine.
Very much worth the couple hours!
I have really enjoyed my experience with this school. The entrance is at the end of an alley. If you didn't see it at first, keep walking and you will see the sign. The kitchen appeared to be well-equipped and very tidy. We were here...More
