Had an opportunity to visit during services and afterwards from small chapel saw the main sanctuary which is large and quite beautiful. The building is now a bit over -00 years old and still stunning. Tours only on select days.
My wife and I visited the synagogue on the one of the mornings when there was a scheduled one hour tour (10 and 11:30----check to see days as they are given only a few times a week).

We only were able to see the exterior as it was a Saturday and service would have disallowed. Further, I think you need to be invited to visit, but looking and knowing the structure was worth the time.
