Not a monument people need to come see from all over the world, but a great extra bonus when visiting CT.

Well unfortunately I decided to see the Giant but it is covered with scaffolds. So better when get to see front to turn left and check the other attractions. Spend an hour here.

We were fortunate enough to have this as our view from the patio of our rental property. It is truly an amazing sculpture with an interesting story. There is a public beach right below with a small restaurant and bar so you can sit back...More

Sit back on the beach and relax with Il Gigante watching over you. Worth a visit for sure! The water was lovely.

This impressive sculpture is located at the end of Montorosso Al Mare & is a wonder to behold.... you cant miss it whilst in the area!

I have loved this statue for 40 years every time I visit Monterosso. He sort of anchors the experience. I've since learned his actual history (not the various legends that surround him.) He's just fun to view. Nothing to visit there; out in the open...More

This is at the end of the beach area and is a nice walk to see and soak it in. Must have been quite something before the weather got to it.

This is a sight to see, right next to the parking lot in Monterosso, we did not go right up close, but marveled at it from a distance.

You can almost miss this beauty if you are not paying attention because it blends in to the natural beauty so well. However, when you get closer to the sculpture, it is very striking! It apears to be holding the earth back from the sea!

Clearly a wonder in its own right. But once you have seen it though, you can move on and drink spritzers in the sunset!
