A great place to see what your food looks like before it's cooked in the many restaurants in the region. Or its another way to get upset when you realize how much of a premium you're paying to have someone prepare and cook your food. Jokes aside, its a nice place to spend 15-20 minutes.

If your a lovers of market I would recommend this one! Heap of fresh fruit/ vegetable and seafood! It's only about 15min from the train station. So if your coming through La Spezia come and check this out!

This walk climbs to about 200m. It is easier walking from Vernazza in the afternoon as the sun is not in your eyes and preferably when under 25 degrees Celsius. The views are spectacular. Corniglia town square is small and busy with a nice Church. The bigger boats have no entry.

The surroundings is what makes this pace special. The market itself is a so so place. We had been to the large Sunday market in ferenzia before so I suppose that's why it felt like that. Wonderful ice cream and pleasant people makes for a nice little stroll but we didn't buy anything :) What saying is : don't go... More

I love markets. We were taking a bus from Portovenere to Lerici, with a change of bus in la Spezia. We noticed there was a market about a block from where we disembarked the bus. There is a covered market which sells fruits, vegetables, cheese, seafood and some meat. Surrounding the area are also stalls which sell household items and... More

It is unique place with fishermen boats high on streets and picturesque buildings all around and on rocks like swallow nests.
