Despite it being August in Portofino, there were surprisingly few people taking the walk up to the church of San Giorgio. We were glad we did so, to discover this church basking in the Mediterranean sun, with amazing views from the terrace across from the...More

Very old and historical church situated not too high up but with a view that is amazing from all sides. again the walk up the steps on the narrow paths is a bit heavy on the legs but worth it

If on the way to Castello Brown or the ligthhouse you pass by this place, its well worth the detour. Won't take long to see since the place is small, but gorgeous inside.

A very small, very interesting church, just a short walk from the harbor. A great place to visit, with great views.

Not the most stunning of churches but it is in a beautiful elevated position over Portofino harbour. Go en route to the castle - you're roughly half way there.

The uphill climb was worth it for the views of the small town and castle.unfortunately being distracted for a few minutes allowed someone to steal my wife's purse which thankfully only had some Euros and no cards within👎🙁. It ruined the day to a degree...More
