Stop after you visit the cathedral

I am not even sure what this is. I would guess that it used to be a church. It is impressive with it's statues and paintings, etc. This is just a block from the cathedral and... read more

We were meandering through Old Town, when we eventually found this church. I really enjoy checking out churches. We walked in and was immediately taken aback. The place was beautiful!! And we were greeted by one Of the sweetest ladies I've bee met. I didn't speak Italian. She didn't speak French or English, so we used google translate. :). What... More

Amazing ancient church with a simple design and absolutely empty when we visited mid afternoon in mid August, so all the more atmospheric for it. Well worth a stop.

What a delightful religious site. So tranquil and peaceful. The grounds themselves are gorgeous. We spey about an hour just wandering around in the sunshine, Would definitely recommend a visit,

This church, perched on the edge of Ventimiglia is also well worth a visit and the walk to it is also charming.

In the middle of the old town of Ventimiglia, you find this remarkable church worth visiting. It is very old. The oldesest parts of the church goes back to the pre-roman periode. You can see what is left in the crypt. The church is renovated in a gentle and fine way. Absolutely worth visiting

The church is just a part of what the old part of Ventimiglia has to offer. This church is very old and parts date back to the time before the Romans. Now the church is restored but in a ristic style. you can see some of the old remains they have found while restoring the church.
