One of the most beautiful piazzas I have ever seen. Grab a coffee and watch the world go by. The area is steeped in history.

When I saw this square,it was love at first sight! Atmosphere is great and you feel like in the fairytale! There is lot of restaurants, but pay attention-they have higher prices. But one glass of prosecco or cappucino is great idea ;)

Piazza Vecchia is really an amazing place. It is clearly a piece of Venice in the center of a lombarda city. Everything remind Venice, starting from all lions distributed around. Two different important churchs are located on this square, both are worth to be visited....More

Very nice Piazza! Lovely monumental buildings around, the Basilica is gorgeous (one of the most decorated church interior in Italy). A great place to have coffee, hang out, or to indulge in gelato! Beautiful place in the center of old Bergamo

Good place to get a coffee and people watch. It’s a small piazza surrounded by beautiful buildings. At the top of the hour, there is a symphony of church bells seemingly competing with each other.
