As the title said it's a very quaint and lovely ride. Also saves walking up all the steps to reach to top. Very cheap too

The funicular was timely and efficient with very polite and friendly staff. It is wise to purchase a 72 hour ticket which you can then use to travel easily on the Bergamo buses and the funicular as well as the tram. We loved Citta Alta...More

It's a nice to do , cheap 5 minute trip. Nothing really special but at €4 return trip & 75 minutes to take the return trip it was ok
