I saw again a few days ago, during a walk in the area, this beautiful green lung at the foot of the many skyscrapers of the Business Center.
Open a few years ago it is still in progress, but it promises well!
Numerous different tree species, each well described by explanatory panels (hence the name of the Tree Library).
There are areas for relaxation, for fitness, for children's games, for dogs; beautiful and constant maintenance and care. The area is not fenced and, therefore, can be used at any time of the day.

…arrived at Piazza Gae Aulenti in Milan!!…after a few steps…I find myself in front of this wonderful public park!!…it is the Parco della Biblioteca degli Alberi!!…for me it was honestly a pleasant surprise!!…it was inaugurated a few years ago!!…and it is said that it is compared to a library due to the varied vegetation that is preserved there!!…more than one hundred different species!!…five hundred trees arranged in twenty-two rings!!…and one hundred and thirty-five thousand plants!!…incredible! !...but then the park is much more!!...play area for children!!...fitness area!!...relaxation and picnic area!!...a pond and a fountain operational from May to September!!...what can I say!! …for me it was truly a pleasant discovery to find myself among the skyscrapers of this area!!…a beautiful public park with lots of greenery available!!…this Library of Trees in the Isola district of Milan is a great landscaping project!!…to see absolutely!!…

Green lung of Milan’s rejuvenated urban district

As the green lung of the rejuvenated Porta Nouva district, Biblioteca degli Alberi (literally translated as Library of Trees) lives up to its name with its rich variety of plants uniquely set out on a layout featuring geometric design of interlacing paths, play area and koi fish pond. Perfect place to stroll, relax and enjoy the view of Milan’s modern skyscrapers in all its glory.

The park is not very large, but is located in the heart of the new business district of Milan, where many of the skyscrapers are concentrated, as well as some interesting residential buildings.

So much to see in this park

Koi fish pond. Dog park. Sling back chairs. Surrounded by beautiful buildings. Murals. Wildflowers.

Sunday, there were several food venders; mostly beverages.
