I was very lucky to get a ticket with no reservation. I have just dropped by at the reception at 3:30 pm on a working day and asked for a ticket: they only had one ticket and it was for one hour later (EUR 10,...More

Sure it is a bucket-list experience to see the "Last Supper" but unless you get your tickets far in advance, the only way to see it at short notice is to book with a tour company (we used Musement.com) and pay an outrageous fee to...More

Being in the same room with "The Last Supper" in the Santa Maria delle Grazie monastery in Milan, Italy was surreal. Thankfully, our very knowledgeable guide provided us with interesting details about Da Vinci's masterpiece. Another bucket list desire checked off!

The last time I was here was 1973. We had a guide which was very educational and we learned a great deal about the architecture of the church as well as the art.

Great experience! especially listening to the audio guide and knowing how this masterpiece is centuries old. However, I'm not that big of an art enthusiast so couldn't say so much about it, and wasn't as excited as many people. Got free tickets as it was...More

It is simply wonderful but it is necessary to reserve in advance the ticket as the number of visitors is restricted by the Ministry of Culture in order not to affect the fresco.

Tickets for my dates sold out online two months in advance so I called them direct in Italy, two months before the date to get tickets. Tour groups can be booked last minute online. More expensive but usually available.
