It seems to have more trams here as elsewhere in Milan. If you want to watch the old trams, this is the right place. The square itself is not too interesting.

This square is very specail because it's quite a symbol of Milan's vibrant existance. Great architecture all around and a splendid place to watch classic trams. Very near Duomo.

Not an attractive place per se. Seems to be a significant conjunction point with tram lines and train stops. It is also the start of Via Dante which leads to Castle Sforza. There are a couple of buildings which have a semi circular front facing...More

The square and the pedestrianized street leading to it are beautifully decorated for the holidays. It was lovely to stroll along the street, enjoying the holiday atmosphere and the beautiful lights.

This is not a piazza that you have on your checklist of things to do. It is just a convenient piazza. When you come up from the metro you will be in the piazza and the trams stop here also. From here you can walk...More
