This a must either via satirs (as we did) or elevator, whatver this was really amazing. We went early on Friday morning, no cue! Take photos the memories you have will be your favorites.

High - do not for all. Rather crowded. Roof with angle down so take right shoes! Cool view on Duomo and all around. Amazing time and colors in happy hour

there was scaffolding all around when we went to milan so we really didnt climb the rooftop but even from below, one can imagine the mighty view if would offer of the entire city. really missed the chance of climbing it.

No i actually just bought it on the day. Next to The Duomo there is the ticket office and they have some machines that are easy and faster than waiting in line for the tickets :)
