The fountains are situated in Piazza San Carlo and are cute small little head figures that can only be found in Turin and can be used for drinking water that flows all day.

Having fountains offering free drinking water have long historic roots in the city of Turin. It is a very friendly and practical gesture from the city of Turin, still in place in 2018. I wish this was a more common practice in other bigger cities...More

They support a local legend, act as urban decorations and provide fresh water. Not so nice when you wait to drink and person before washes their armpits - quite funny though.

Turin is famous for the good water delivered publicly along the streets. All the faucets are similar in cast iron with the shape of a bull. I hope they remain public for ever.

I'm not impressed and It's over rated. It the symbol of Turin. Not much to do. Not much to say about it. It's just simply water fountain with Taurus head.
