Living here for 6 months I've had an opportunity to do a lot of things. For me, this is one of the need to see/do things. Simply great!

We always come here when in the area as it is such a lovely church with loads of people queueing up to ask for help from St Anthony. Will always remember Easter mass here one year- standing room only!

A must visit place in Padova. Impressive Romanesque central section with aisles spreading out. One of the very popular spots as well with a lot of hotels and other establishments bordering the Church.

The main cathedral of Padua is a must-see for pilgrims and art lovers alike. Don't miss early Renaissance frescoes in some chapels and the central sculptural altar by Donatello.

I had never heard of the place before but our hotel was right there. We visited and certainly more sculpture and history than you could imagine. We rated this a better visit than St Mark's, the day before.

This Basillica is unique inside and out. The tomb of St. Anthony of Padua is a miraculous work of art and not to be missed. You can get there but the hop-on/hop-off bus tour or walk to it from the center of town.

In a country with a lot of beautiful churches this was one of the prettiest I have ever seen. You are not allowed to take pictures which in a way is nice since you can really concentrate on looking at the church itself.
