It is always full of people, Padova citizens, specially on Saturday and tourists. It offers some drinks, coffees and nibbles. The prices are suitable. If it is crowed you simplky can not find any free table to sit and rest after loong walking.

On our very last day in Italy, having been to Venice, Ferrara, Bologna, Verona and Padua, this place literally left a bad taste in our mouths. We were spoiled by the friendliness and welcoming manner of Italy up until this point and we were taken aback by the utter rudeness of our waiter. He looked entirely put out by the... More

This cafe is very nice. A bit on the posh side but very good. We had some small pieces of different cakes and they were very good if a bit small. But not too expensive. Also the staff is friendly and helpful.

We purchased the Padova card and has access to all the historic rooms. We followed Rick Steves' walking tour through the cafe. We enjoyed the Cafe's Piano Nobile and the small Museum of the Risorgimento which traces Padua's role in Italian history. We didn't buy anything but we enjoyed the ambiance and tour of the cafe.

the famous Pedrocchi Caffè will surprise you sense of taste. If you ask for a caffeè pedrocchi they will ask you not to add sugar on your own and not to use the little spoon. It's amazing !!!!

This is probably the oldest coffeehouse in Europe and it has no doors, working 24/7. The architecture is bewildering and the ambient environment is great, but you pay a big pile for all of those nice things.

Fresh fruit juices were wonderful. Service is excellent but you get what you paid for as a fancy cafe is not economical!!
