This was an excellent walking tour of Venice. Our tour guide Francesco was full of interesting information and kept our small group involved all the time. You see loads of Venice, especially avoiding tourist traps, and discovering a lot about the city’s colourful history. Some...More

I went with my friend and it was a very hot day. The tour guide was a VERY rude man who shamed us in front of the whole group because we sat in a bench for literally two seconds. He didn’t let anyone do anything...More

We took the afternoon tour in Spanish and Gloria, the guide, was really nice and helpful. All the stories she told were very interesting and I feel we saw a lot of the city and learned a lot about it in just over a couple...More

I did the tour because I was only in Venice for 1.5 days. The tour with Pietro was nice. The 2.5h past so fast. I'm very happy to learn about the hidden side of Venice and its history.

Alice took us on a very informative 2 hour walking tour of areas of Venice we would never otherwise have found. She was full of energy and enthusiasm. Well worth doing

Had a tour around the quieter areas of Venice, really interesting. Our guide Frederico was excellent, interesting and witty. We thoroughly enjoyed the 2 hour trip around less well trodden areas of Venice.

Cannaregio is the second largest sestiere (district)
with its busy Santa Lucia train station. Many
transplanted Venetians commute from the outlying
areas, “terra firma” to the locals, which is shorthand
for any place that is not Venice. Two Grand Canal
bridges serve Cannaregio, the newest (Constitution,
2008) still a local hotbed of controversy. Ponte degli
Scalzi is a busy link to the train station. Nearby
