For our first ever trip to Italy, my husband and I worked with Marianna Marton, who was wonderful. We knew the cities we wanted to visit, and the order in which we wanted to visit. She custom built our trip for us to suit our needs. We went from Venice to Florence to Rome, then on to Naples for the rest of our trip. We had so many questions and Marianna always answered us quickly and with kindness. Our hotels were all great. The hotel in Venice had the best concierge I've ever encountered. Our hotel in Florence was super modern & beautiful. We did a few tours in each city. We did a gondola ride, walking tour and a boat tour (a MUST DO!) in Venice. In Florence we did a walking tour around the city, which included seeing the David. In Rome we did many tours to see the Colosseum, the Pantheon, the Trevi Fountain & many other important historical sites. All of the tour guides were extremely knowledgeable. Only 1 tour was "big" - 12 people - which was a good size. All other tours had a max of 4 people! We even had some private tours with just the 2 of us! If you are not sure about how to get around Italy & it's your first time especially, I would definitely recommend using Avventure Bellissime! They really took all the work out of planning & made it easy.

My wife and I wanted to thank Marianna for putting together the most wonderful tour of your beautiful country. The cities…Venice, Florence, Siena and Rome…were charming, unique and each magnificent. The guides you provided…Christina Pigozzo, Lucia Coppi, Barbara Lancellotti and Francesca Pagano… were each passionate about their city, extremely knowledgeable about the history and we had a wonderful experience being with each of them as we walked around each city. Each hotel selected was extremely clean and the front desk and staff very helpful with any question or request we had. Each car was clean and well cared for and all of the drivers arrived on time, were very helpful and provided us local history as we traveled. We had a wonderful time and we thank you very much for that.

Avventure Bellissime provided an outstanding experience over the course of the 14 private tours, including city transfers, that we booked with the company. The guides were all very professional and knowledgeable in leading us through the streets of Venice, Florence, Bologna, Rome, Tivoli, Capri and the Amalfi Coast. The drivers arrived on time and perfectly coordinated the meetup with our guide for the tour. Monica and Giorgio were a pleasure to deal with as we planned our trip, despite the time difference from the U.S. to Italy, and were very prompt in responding to and resolving our many questions both before and during the trip. I highly recommend consideration of Avventure Bellissime and only wish we could achieve this level of customer service as we continue our travels around the world.

We had the most amazing day with Antonella in Florence, her knowledge, style and ability to communicate are top rated and amazing. She made the whole day work and delivered an amazing experience. We booked this as a Cruise Excursion from Livorno.
Antonella’s skill was amazing.
As a frequent world traveler and someone who engages guides on a regular basis Antonella did your company proud with her touring skills AND with her customer care skills.
We enjoyed a classical tour of Florence including the Uffizi and Accademia along with all the major highlights. 2 of the 4 of us had been to Florence before and 2 teenagers it was their first visit. Yet Antonella made sure the day appealed to everyone.

We have used Avventure Bellissime for all 3 of the trips we have taken to Italy. They are an exceptional company with
outstanding, friendly and efficient employees. All our trips have been wonderful; as well as fun and exciting. We did
not have to worry about anything, as our itinerary was completely arranged and beautifully carried out. The Hotels
and tours they recommend were excellent. All our tour guides were friendly, knowledgeable and informative. I

This is the second time we have used Avventure Bellissime for traveling to Italy. The first time was for a common itinerary including Rome, Florence, Cinque Terre and Venice. This past time we totally customized our trip with the help of the agency's staff. They arranged for hotels and drivers for days touring Tuscany and Umbria as well as transportation between towns. The entire experience was a pleasure in large part due to the flexibility and personalities of all involved. The hotels chosen by Avventure were wonderful. We had a couple of experiences that they had arranged which made our trip extra special. This included a boutique winery for lunch and a wine spa at the end of our trip. We had previously recommended Avventure to others who also had very positive experiences.

I have used Avventure Bellissime twice to plan my vacation in Italy! They are the BEST!! They just planned a custom trip for me and my cousin. We have relatives in Italy and we also wanted to travel around to different places. Monica from Avventure Bellissime planned it all for me! Including private drivers, first class Train tickets and tours with private tour guides!!! The trip was incredible!! I will use Avventure Bellissime every time I travel to Italy!!!

Working with Marianna Martin, our two couples enjoyed a marvelous eight day tour of Venice, Florence and Rome. The stops included day tours of Cinque Terre, Tuscany, the Amalfi Coast, the Roman Colosseum, and the Vatican. The quality of accommodations in each city were exquisite, and centrally located. The tour guides all were extremely knowledgeable and provided excellent experiences.

Our custom two-week vacation in Italy was amazing! Avventure Bellissime booked everything for us and was very responsive to all our questions while we were there. The private drivers were excellent and the tour guides were first-class. We would use AB again!!!

I planned our first 3 days in Rome about 7-weeks prior to our trip. Then the holidays and life took over and I had no time for planning the rest of our vacation. A friend used this travel agency years ago and highly recommended. I told Monica what cities we wanted to visit, our budget and time frame. They picked up where I left off seamlessly. Monica arranged private transfers, hotels, purchased our train tickets, gondola rides, water taxis and tours! Monica and Luca were so easy to work with, made suggestions and took the stress of planning off my shoulders. Everything was timely and well coordinated. Tips are not compulsory in Italy and it is at your discretion if you decide to tip a guide or a driver. In restaurants waiters will be aware that foreigners are likely to tip more generously, but it is up to you how much you give. Occasionally in touristy restaurants, service ( coperto) will be added to the bill so check the menu in advance.

Hello,
I would like to know if any of your guides are also photographers. I am interested in arranging a private tour with someone who will be knowledgeable about getting to the right locations at the best time of day to take advantage of the light. I would also be interested in getting to some areas that are not as touristy to allow me to get some photographs that give a better feel for Venice than what you would see in a travel guide.
