Harry's was our first meal for our group of friends visiting Italy and it did not disappoint. Quality of the food and the service was excellent and the iconic and historic location was the ideal first meal in Venice. Not cheap with 20 euro Bellini's...More

Whilst in Venice about 15years ago we of course sort out this bar. We thought we had gone to the wrong place as it lacked lustre and was more like a cafe/pub back room. We visited again last month and was heartened when a gentleman...More

I visited with my mum in May 2018. She wanted to have a bellini where they had been invented and we knew they would be expensive but 21 Euro for a drink is ridiculous! They aren't even served in a particularly nice or large glass....More

We visited Venice recently and thought we would pay Harry's Bar a visit. I can honestly say I have no idea what the hype is about!! Waiters in over-sized jackets that just don't go with what looks like a back street bar. The guy we...More

A discreet entrance opens into a busy bar where Bellini's are the order of the day. Friendly, effortlessly classic with style from a bygone era. Go and enjoy, forget about the 'tourist trap' reviews, have a Bellini or two in the bar before making your...More

We booked for dinner at Harry’s bar for part of our 25th wedding anniversary celebration with friends 7 months in advance on email. When we arrived we were put on one if the worst tables in the restaurant by the front door which was drafty...More

Harrys Bar is probably not worth the money. But it was fun to visit the same place as Hemingway and other celebrities. Dont buy the bellini which is small and highly overpriced. The beer produced specially for Harrys Bar was good and comes with a...More

Went with a group of friends to drink bellinis in the famous Harry's bar, sat downstairs, no view, not much in the way of interesting memorabilia around. Bellinis were ok but small and served in beakers, at €21 they were overpriced.

It is outrageously priced and, unless you are happy to pay €21 for a Bellini it really is not worth going into. Venice has lots more decent bars and restaurants than it did 15 years ago so simply take your custom elsewhere... More
