Quiet, clean and the tower offers stunning views of Venice - definitely worth a visit. Little restaurant good too.

Another bell tower with a lift which gives a view of Venice (including Doges Palace and St Marks Square) from across the water. Entry is 6 euros and there wasn't a queue when we visited mid-morning. There are also quite a few modern art exhibitions...More

Definitely go to the bell tower here if you can for those panoramic shots back over towards San Marco square! Spend some time inside the church itself as well - less busy than other sites and you can enjoy the serenity.

Free entrance for the Basilica. Paid 6 euro and take the elevator to the top of the bell tower, you could see stunning Venice skyline. But please be ensure the sky is clear before you go up :)

The bell tower has fabulous views across Venice and there's a lift so you don't have to walk up hundreds of stairs! Was a little busy when we went but still worth it for the views.

It costs money for the water bus but if you get a day pass and do a few of the islands it's worth it. Only €6 or €4 for students and great views with way less people and there's no wiring so you can sit...More

We always buy a vaporetto ticket for the week we are staying in Venice so I am not sure about the ruling on two separate trips. I my view it is probably just as cheap to buy a day ticket and you would be able to hop on and... More
