Take a walk over this beautiful bridge to the Piazzale Castel San Pietro. Finish off with a drink in the bar/restaurant of the Castel San Pietro with stunning views over the city.

This is a great old bridge rebuilt after it was bombed in WWII with many of the original rocks. A nice place to hang out on a hot day. The huge river gives a nice cooling effect.

Walked to this bridge just for the views! Amazing. Some outstanding scenery to see from here plus the amazing Roman architecture. Was a very hot day but worth the walk

An area where many people cross and you can view the ducks and gulls in the river. There are not boats of any kind that we saw in the water.

It`s not like the famous Carol bridge in Prague, but it`s also very old and popular, especially among locals. The river Adige below has also rafting possibilities as one can notice from the bridge.

We visited the Ponte Pietra at night time and walked over it and took this night picture from the bridge opposite. It is well lit by floodlights so you can get a great view. This bridge was built in 100BC making it the oldest bridge...More
