We tried to buy tickets to Mestre from the ticket machines but it did not offer us the train we wanted. Tried asking a man in a booth but he pretended that he did not speak English . There is a ticket/information office and here...More

A grand and beautiful station in Verona, the outside and inside look very nice, and there is some artwork to make it look a little more inviting. However the station is located a little bit out of the city centre.

Took the train from Verona to Venice. Easily parked our rental car in the large, underground lot. Train station is small and it is easy to find your platform. We had pre-purchased our train tix online so didn’t need to do that at the station.

The station is located a small distance out of Verona old Town. If you booked accommodation in the old town there are busses that one could use. In Verona we made use of a metered white taxi at €10 for 4 of us + our...More

This is an easy train station to navigate. You can purchase your tickets electronically days in advance for a better rate. If you have questions there’s an organized system to draw a number and wait for your turn.

Pretty busy train station. High-speed trains stop here. Relatively far from the city center, walking distance is about half an hour.

Be aware, that close to one of the entrances is a travel agent which does a pretty good job of masquerading as the ticket office, but isn’t! The real ticket and travel information office desks. The staff we spoke to had excellent English and were...More

Short bus ride, you could actually walk it to the Piazza Bra in about ten minutes. Not much to do here while you wait for your train.

Great experience traveling through Italy by train. Trains punctual and very comfortable. Great offers if travelling outside peak periods.

The bs station is pretty much immediately outside the railway one. At each bay there is a clear sign showing where each bus goes. If you are travelling with only light luggage, the walk in to the town centre will take... More

We did not leave luggage at the Verona station, because we stayed at the hotel. I think that at the station Verona has a locker room (in Milan station there is exactly). Concerning Verona: I recommend you follow places of... More
