The tour is free and lasts 70-80 minutes, the guide spoke good English and told us a lot about the castle. Frankly there isn't a lot to see there - stone corridors, parts of older walls and some coins.

This castello sits on the entrance to the old town and is rather imposing and impressive. Taranto its self is a buzzing vibrant city and well worth a visit.
