I loved roaming around this castle, there are few barriers and tourists are pretty much given free rein. The subterranean tour was a wonderful addition, and I had a great time!

The navy tour guide is very friendly and shares a lot of info but the tour is short and the castle is very small. It's part of visiting Taranto but don't expect much.
