I am a amateur chef, I like make the same taste of the old sardinian traditional dish: I decided to start with the art of closing/making culurgiones the traditional sardinia main course that all my family has always made at home. Filled handmade pasta is one of the best kitchen art! For job I am travel designer, and in particular a food tour creator. My pasta class in Cagliari can be different any time, you will meet new people, taste different wines or get tips for your holiday.

Highly recommend! Was a lovely athentic evening where we got to make a true sardinia pasta and enjoy wine. Domiano has a great sense of humour and has wonderful hosting service

The day was really fun! We took our time learning with the patient teacher Damiano. His humor made for a relaxed and happy event. Can’t wait to make these for a party at home. We even took a dance break!

Having a cooking workshop at someone's private place makes it a more intimate experience for me. Damiano showed me the ropes how to make the pasta and how to make the filling. What I found interesting was the sharing of stories that makes an evening like this interesting. It's about connecting to people. Damiano is a lovely guy a good teacher and a great host, we could easily have been talking an drinking the whole night.

Hi Gerryt. Having at home for my cooking class in Cagliari was so funny and interesting. Hope to see you in Rotterdam maybe for a dinner! Regards Damiano..now i will send you the recipe for culurgiones so you can organize a culurgionis party at home.

What a treat. A true highlight of our visit to Cagliari. Making pasta always seemed intimidating to me. Damiano made it easy and accessible. He’s a patient and gifted teacher. We did this class as a last minute idea and are so glad we did. Highly recommend this especially if you are are a group. Our next dinner party will be a pasta making party!

This was a great experience. The instructor was excellent, very knowledgeable, and friendly. Everyone made us feel like family. It was fun and delicious. Very worth the time and money!

This was a great experience. Damiano was really good and funny and I enjoyed every minute of it. The laboratory was done at 'La bottega di Cibele' in Via Puccini, in the centre of Cagliari. This is also a little shop and therefore there is the opportunity to purchase some local products at the end of the laboratory. Well done to all involved, now I can make culurgiones (I think 😊)

This cooking class exceeded our expectations by far. The class was done over a glass of wine and we learned how to make real culurgiones while discovering the history and the variations of this pasta.
The aperitif and the meal were more than generous. We had a great time sharing our local stories and tips.
They were so welcoming that it felt more like a nice dinner with friends than a cooking class.

We had a great time learning how to make Culurgiones with Damainio! The atmosphere, wine , appetizers were great! Sitting down and enjoying our new Sardinia food was excellent, it was like having dinner with new friends and family! I would highly recommend experiencing this on your Cagliari vacation! Can’t wait to make it at home!
