Our travel agent booked the event thru a NYC travel company Phil Franc. ou can also go to the chef's web site / email and do it directly. It was a great & fun experience

I believe it was 150 euro per person. that includes a tour of the local market which includes different foods to tey, the cooking class and lunch. well worth it in my opinion.
