This was one of my favourite squares in Palermo as it just told so many centuries of story with the external palaces that surround the shameful fountain originally designed for Florence then dismantled and transferred to Palermo

After Rome and Florence, this fountain just doesn't stand the comparison...The statues are mediocre and the buildings around the plaza quite decrepit

Stay away from Catalonia. These are crazies that have no check on reality. Spain should let them fulfill their crazy dream, and they dont care ablut the lives lf refilar Eople.

Located in the Plaza Pretoria, this is one of those grand water fountains. It features well exposed human figures. Definitely worth a walk-by.

Rather unexpected between many churches. It badly need water to be a real fountain. The corner of Florence in Palermo

Very loud and touristy, in the middle of the main street, had some concerts and events going on. Museums are with tickets, but overall a nice place to sit and relax.

Right near the Four Corners, the Fountain of Shame (named because it was built in Fiernze and moved to Sicily) has beautiful statues (which upset the nuns in the convent that once was across from it, hence the "shame") and is picture perfect spot.
