The limestone grotto with the statue of Santa Rosalia took my breath away. If you get a chance to visit Palermo its definitely worth the visit. Cant wait to go back there again.

This is a fairly integral part of the Sicilian experience - to understand the devotion to Santa Rosalia. Things were put into perspective when seeing all the objects placed by her triumphant statue. Also, it's a gorgeous cave with the best views of Palermo!!! Beautiful!!!

The sactuary is not in the city center, you have to get a cab to go there. It is in a cave, very impressive and a beautiful panorama from Mount Pelegreno

This is a very nice oratory and has some interesting paintings and woodwork. The audio guide is worth getting and overall is worth a visit if you are in the area
