Just a short walk uphill from Santa Margheritas church you will find amazing views and history. There is a little bistro up there that looked nice.

We doubted a moment to pay the entrance fee (6€ for adults), but it was certainly worth it. The Fort is quite big and you can access almost everything. The kids loved running around in it. The views are by far the best of all...More

I arrived just after 10 to find the Fortezza closed, despite the advertised opening time of 10. Luckily for me, the two maintenance men saw me and let me in and proceeded to give me a private tour of the entire Fortezza! When the totally...More

Spectacular 360 view from the battlements. The exhibitions were really interesting. Its a climb worth making, take water with you, you can replenish at the wee auto-shop at Santa Margherita
